Who We Are

The Norcal Coalition is a united effort to combat human trafficking and organized crime across Northern California.

Our Coalition Includes:

  • Law Enforcement Leaders – Sheriffs and District Attorneys from Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino, Trinity, and Siskiyou Counties
  • Crime & Data Experts – Specialists in environmental crimes, data analysis, and forensic accounting
  • Technology & Investigation Teams – Experts in computer forensics and criminal investigations
  • Victim Support Advocates – Dedicated professionals providing resources and assistance to survivors

To protect the safety of local communities by investigating and dismantling the activities of transnational criminal organizations that cause severe harm.

Our team conducts thorough investigations using data analysis, forensic accounting, and computer forensics. We also address the environmental damage caused by illegal cannabis cultivation and advocate for restoration efforts.

Through a victim-centered approach, we connect survivors with critical resources to help them rebuild their lives. Working alongside law enforcement, we hold traffickers and criminal organizations accountable to protect our communities.

We are committed to a victim-centered approach, ensuring survivors receive the support they need. We prioritize justice and accountability, dismantling criminal networks and holding traffickers responsible. Upholding integrity and transparency, we promote awareness and prevention, empowering communities to recognize and report trafficking.

Why We Exist

In Northern California, the booming cannabis industry has brought incredible opportunities. However, with this growth comes the risk of exploitation. Vulnerable workers—often lured by false promises—are being forced into labor under conditions that violate their basic rights. Our organization is here to change that.

Our Supporters

Our work is made possible through private funding from individuals and organizations who share our commitment to public safety and the fight against human trafficking in cannabis operations. This support allows us to expand awareness campaigns, provide critical resources for survivors, and aid in the prosecution of traffickers and the dismantling of trafficking networks across Northern California.

As a privately funded organization, we are able to operate independently and focus fully on creating safer, more resilient communities. Together with our supporters, we are working to protect vulnerable individuals and drive meaningful, lasting change.
